I mean incredibly slow load times, random redirects, 240sec cool down period between posts, pages randomly not loading and multiple attempts needed to fulfil some requests.

Not to be too specific or anything ;)

For awhile I had to fill out captchas everytime I posted
Some of the other stuff might be server. RIU has been known to shut down

why warn him, I have been through it like 8 times already. Near impossible to load the website unless you clear your cookies.
