it depends on where your plant is at in their growth cycle....if they are a seedling then not much (just keep the soil damp with a cup or so of water every few days) or if they are in bud then they will need a lot more but you should still just keep it damp,,not socking wet,,,try not to over water they don't like it...can anyone help with info on how much water to give to a plant in a 7.5ltr pot of soil

stick your fingertip into the soil down about an inch or so...if it is damp?wet then they don't need water but if dry then give em some...hope this helps
Yeah, I wouldn't feed my plant tea. Tea is for me to drink, fox farm is for my plants to drink.
