- i have a 4 foot setup with 2 cool whites in it right now im not using this im using cfls at the moment. the bulbs are t12 and wanted to know if i could replace the cfls with the fluro if i got some different fluro tubes at walamart. when i looked it up its just peoples opinoin on it and how they switched i just want to know if you could veg and flower with just the 2 4ft tubes along with a 18 in ge plant and aquarium light fluro and a lights of america under cabinet grow light (7800k) $10 bucks at walmart those are the side lighting right now and would be if i used the fluros.. anybody elaborate please?
