I have found a few of these bugs on my plant maybe four or five I was hoping somebody could help me identify what kind of bug it is and if it is just a bug in general that likes plants or if it has something to do with my plant I'm growing now. Thank you for any assistance.

Update...I more closely inspected her and found 4 more of these bugs...brings the total to approximately 8-10 over the course of the grow. My thinking is that these bugs are just bugs that dig plants...aND not a large concern...with that said, I do my best to assume nothing.

Its a thrip. Sap sucker. Indoor grow they will destroy your plants if the multiply. Spinosad product is needed to kill these guys

I looked at hundreds of images of that bug you suggested it is...I have no doubt it's a sap suckered bug...however none of the Google images come close to looking like my bugs...any thoughts on that

Thrips have 3 different looks as they mature. Then you have a variation of patterns of the black n white on their backs at its final maturity. When you google thrip pics it seems there is a nice bit of springtails in those pics as well.( baby thrips and springtails look the same in alot of ways, but very diff in size and no tails on thrips)Google is horrid when it comes to identifying mj problems..its just all mixed up. My outdoor gets thrips about every other year and can sustain growing faster then they can suck sap. But indoors you must kill these fkers. Monterray garden spray will do the trick

Also..its a bit strange but they run like cockroaches when they see you coming..sometimes you will plainly see a retarded one strolling around...just giving you a sign you got a thrip issue.
I been using pesticides off n on for years and hate it. I newly discovered a secret hemp farmers use. Its powdered sulfer. Its natural, its good for the plants, can use it with lights on or in sun and wont burn, its cheap, use half a dose as recommended so your plants dont look cloudy sheen on leaves, use it weekly as a maintenence. I habe not had a thrip problem since my newly discobered sulfer treatment. To be safe id use the spinisad bc it works. Then get some sulfer to uuse on a reg basis.

This is great info brother, thanks for the time you took to provide it!!! I haven't seen anymore since I removed and killed the 10ish I've found. I couldn't be no more than 2 weeks from harvest...with that said this single girl I've got now was a mystery seed from a bag and it must be sativa dominant because I'm on my 9th week of flower at least and my hairs are just barely half orange, maybe 50/50 on tric cloudyness, not a single amber tric so I must have close to 2 weeks left before harvest...currently on a water only diet for at least a week now. I had some Nute issues and possibly pH as well...I have her in a 50/50ish soil and perlite medium (I've always gone dwc in the past), but the way I ended up in that medium is another thread lol. Starting to see some slight yellowing of the leaves which is nice as it tells me the flushing has been working and nitro tox is not as apparent and I think pH is stabilizing to an acceptable range. Thanks again for your time!

Yeah sry didnt realize you were 2wks out from harvest. I wouldnt spray shit on it at this point. Keep on smushin em lol.
Sativa dom needs less N . Seems you know now lol. Most of the feeding doses are for outdoor growing so you have to back off at half doses indoors. Maybe even less depending on what your using. Plant looks good considering a bit of tox. Good luck on harvest

What I did not know was most feeding doses are for outdoors...that's huge! Never heard that before but makes perfect sense for obvious reasons. I've only done a handful of grows over the years, usually a plant or two...but I'm a student of the game to the extent possible. It's folks like we have here that take the time to care and share. With that said thanks for your input, it's not wasted on me....

I did find a couple more but I inspect it a couple times a day with mag goggles on...did I mention how these last days and weeks are dragging on...dam sativa lol.

BTW in your best guess and looking at my pic while trying to gauge scale what do you think I should pull off of this plant?

Just a thought but check out carpet beetles based on your location as a possibility.

Just another avenue to search for.

Carpet beetles look very similar to lady bugs but smaller.
I believe that's what these are, much more similar to my pests. These bugs don't see me comImg when I pick them off my plant...they don't jump, run or otherwise respond to my removing them. Either they are stoned or just dumb bugs. When I crush them the seem to like break apart not unliKE tiny Lego creatures. They don't seem to be a problem or eat much lol. They leave no marks on the plant at all. Thanks very much for your reply, I believe you are right!!

No problem.

The larvae of these creatures tend to eat fluff, hair etc, the adults do feed on vegetation but they’re not overly aggressive feeders.

The issue mainly is, what could they be bring in with them, other things are able to hitch a ride on them etc.

Looks like a carpet beetle. They are attracted to light. Not of high concern.
