Can you make seeds with feminized plants?

Serious breeding requires much more then what the average grower can provide. Space, time, money and dedication etc.... You would have to be able to run hundreds of plants if not thousands to find that super plant that meets your requirements to turn into a mother and thats just the begining....isolating traits is a shit ton of work!!

Having said that...people have been making thier own F1 crosses since Forever...nothing wrong with that. Seeds are expensive and one can achieve relative good results using two good stable parents.

isolating traits,,your wright,, its a BITCH!!! ive been creating stabilized seeds with every 10 pack i buy as i dont have room to run hundreds, but i take the best male and female and go from there..once ive stablized them i can cross with other stable strains create F1's and start all over with my owne crosses..i spent 3 years stabilizing a very speacial cross of my owne called the fire shit,, i started with a exeptional fire og bx3 by bcbd and crossed with a mr.nice shit mom, its well known in my area and ive even given clones to the dispencery after it was stabilized.. breeding begins as a hobby but ends up being a time consuming addiction.. once youve mastered stabilizing which is easy you move to trying to keep one gene or trait wile getting rid of another,, and that becomes a real bitch in limited space,, if i could plant a thousand to choose from it would be easier than planting 20 or so at a time,,also ive found that finding a good female is much easier than findind a stud which displays the traits you want.. a good female is 1 in 20 or so seeds wile that killer male is a 1 in a hundred thing..
if every strain being sold was a stable strain, you wouldnt have to buy so many seeds,, the price would be worth it knowing you get the plant you paid for..pluss we wouldnt have to back cross, just cross 2 to get our own F1's..i try to buy stabilized seeds wen i can like serious bubble gum, th bubble gum, bcbd nl5, etc,etc, alot of the so called stabilized seeds are NOT stable at all,,which leaves more fing work for me!!! if it wer up to me, strains would need to be stable before they are put up for sale, so that every seed replicates the write up and pic that got us to buy that strain in the first place.. anybody can make F1's,,nobody would give me 10 bucks for a seed,, and all my seeds are stable!!! SORRY BOUT THE RANT!!!

Thanks for the info C.Rex. Hey we are not botanists or chemists, at least I am not. But I am the son of a farmers daughter...LOL! Mom and Grandpa sure knew how to grow and I in turn learned well. I don't often have my home garden planted but when I do the neighbors like the results. Massive cantaloupes and tomatoes galore. So many egg plant I can't keep up. All from the residue of other labors...nudge, nudge, wink-wink!

I noticed that Midweek Song is following me in the alerts. It is because of them I have started this thread. I got some freebie fem'd beans from them as well a few packs of reg beans. All for a little variety and flavs. Thanks MWS for the great service and link.

Ive been ordering from MWS since 2013, they have great prices and the best costumer service ive ever seen.. lewis goes out of his wAy to make sure we get the strains we want..as ive stated before my problems are NOT with seed distributers,like MWS its with the breeders!! they charge high prices for un stable genetics and cant even guarenty germination..i have a fridge just for all my seeds, more strains than i can plant in my life time, but buying seeds becomes a serious addiction also...i just hate having to buy so many seeds of each strain in hopes ONE will resemble the pictures and write up.. i wonder why even have that write up if only one in a hundred seeds will be what they promise? its senseless to me,,, i only ask for stable genetics,, for a decent price.. i guess the breeders are making so much money selling F1's they see no use in stabilizing,, just leave the work to us suckers buying their seeds..lol

Fuck I didn't know I needed a PhD in botany to grow weed.
