Can you smoke early bud

You can dry it and smoke it, the quality will be poor and it won't dry up to much weed but may as well give it a try. I didn't see any rot on it BTW.

So that bud didn’t have any rot on it but it was on the main stem of the plant traveling towards that bud site. The bud opposite it was rotten.

That looks so much like damp off but it's happening on a mature branch and it's not down by the soil. Very odd, never seen anything like that before in 30 years of growing. Do you have high humidity problems? What strain is that? You may want to grow strains that are resistant to mold if you have high humidity and can't resolve that through ventilation or dehumidification.

I do get humidity problem as it’s warm but raining atm. It was just like surface Mold. I wiped it off then just put a little lemon juice on it. Doesn’t seems to of penetrated into the main branch. It’s auto euphoric from Dutch passion. Rest of the plant looks fine. I’ll keep an eye on it a bit more if it seems to be getting bigger I’ll harvest the buds on that stem and cut the stem away. I grow outside so it’s very much left to the conditions, bugs etc. It’s about 3weeks away from harvest so hopefully will be fine
