Can you tell me what the problem is?

spots on the leaves, looks like you might have some mites. Get some pics of underside of leaves.

You in black gold soil? Thats what i'm using

My first thought is with the foil reflector on the walls. I think when the foil is all krinkly it makes for hot spots of light that could be slightly frying the leafs. Try replacing with foil as flat and smooth as possible or maybe get some mylar film. I've found that even light distribution is important.
 
You could also try different lights. Maybe this strain would like a CFL or a T5 style light. Too much light will make a plant do funny things.
