Canada law - more than 4 plants

Hey all, according to the chart here:

https://www.justice.gc.ca/eng/cj-jp/cannabis/3

"Producing cannabis beyond personal cultivation limits or with combustible solvents" carries penalties of "tickets for small amounts, "
up to 14 years in jail"

Is there a definition for 'small amounts'? I can't seem to find any actual numbers anywhere.

For the record, I don't plan on ever having more than 4 plants, I'm merely asking out of curiosity!

Hmmm, I couldn't find anything either, just "penalties ranging from being ticketed to receiving jail time of up to 14 years". I wonder if they leave it up to the discretion of the judge/magistrate. Yikes!

Judges usually have sentencing discretion, but there have to be some sort of guidelines on the books to work from. Ive asked so many people about this (including lawyers) and no one is really sure.
