Canada medical grow penalties for too many plants?

what are the penalties for growing more plants than you are supposed to? lets say like only a few more?

i was looking for this info i use to have it 1 plant over or 100 is treated the same under new law was going to post the link but cant find it

really? thats ridiculous. so whats the charge if you are 1 or 100 over?

I can only legally have four (with medical card, ten), but I have a few mother's, and many times, and handful of clones going. My theory is, if you're not doing anything to draw the police to your house, then you have nothing to worry about. If you've got a few over and somehow got found out, I imagine you'd just be reminded of the limit. If you've got a hundred over the limit, you might get a little more than a slap on the wrist.
