Pedophiles don’t need to give DNA cheek swabs without a warrant and you trust a traffic cop to give u one or worse a blood test? No thanks
I see what you are saying but technically they don't need a warrant they will just charge you with failure to provide a sample?

Is that charge not the exact same as a max fine dui if I did consent to the swab?
From the moment my eyes open til I pass out I’m well medicated what are the chances I’d ever pass that swab?
I’ll take my chances like I said

And a supreme court judge will rule that requiring a citizen to provide a dna sample without cause is a violation of our constitutional protections against illegal search and seizure. Sign me up to be the test dummy - I'd love the chance to school government lawyers on the law.
I wake up around 4:30 am and smoke several joints and continue all day. I drive, operate machinery and interact with multiple community groups, fire department and RCMP all the time - I am never impaired. My employer is well aware of my cannabis use and it's not an issue.I'm not changing a thing.
