there is nothing i hate more than a baby crying
well actually, its the same parents
A) not doing anything about the baby crying
and
B) not cleaning up the ridiculous messes made by said children (in any setting, food or otherwise)
i hate these things also. there still seems to be a general belief that any premptive action at all is somehow "mean". the point is not whether or not that 4 year old "will" make noise, the point is that i as a business owner should not be forced to "wait and see". i can remember when i turned 21 and me and some friends went to a neighborhood sports bar and one of my friends was turned away at the door. he was wearing baggy jeans and a backward baseball cap and the bouncer said "we don't want that 'look' in here". this place had no posted dress code and this was a fucking SPORTS BAR. we griped and bitched and went someplace else. his place his rules. end of story. now i think THAT was more cause to fuss and cry than having a baby removed, but you didn't see us all over the news. both patrons and business owners are entitled to the same level of choice, whether it's where to eat or who to let in.
