Merry Christmas all.
You can start another thread with your 'criterion' and I'll show up. But Dairy Board, Liquor Control Board to answer your question. Please link to any intention by the left-of-center in either of our nations to collectivize the means of production andor finance. That’s the criterion.
where was the label vermin from? critic accusing of malice and assumption in response. The label “vermin” kind of blows your assumption out of the water IMO
Never agreed with you more!! Cheers. Can someone tell me what relevance Q-Anon holds in Canada? What the hell is it? I assume it's people hooked on 'Q' trying to get a twelve step program to stop wearing Minnesota Viking fanware to protests? Paid by healthcare? Do they have a gofundme to help pay for treatment? Poor troubled folks, probably just need a hug?I knew Padawan had trouble reading, but there’s enough other threads to discuss American politics. Let’s save one thread to allow debate on the shit show happening up here, please.
For clarity’s sake, the opponents to that man encompass the left, the center, the moderate right and even the the less-moderate but still republican (small r) right. You can start another thread with your 'criterion' and I'll show up. But Dairy Board, Liquor Control Board to answer your question.
As for some context of the comment you are commenting on (libs shutting down any arguments with malice). Just look a few lines down

Sorry, no offense , but case-in-point of his statement on Left (anti-trump) movement.
Please provide links to what “dairy board” and “liquor control board” are doing to draw an accusation of socialism. I’m quite unfamiliar with the issues. You can start another thread with your 'criterion' and I'll show up. But Dairy Board, Liquor Control Board to answer your question.

How did the restrictions increase the risk to your family?I begrudge no ones desire to be in control of decisions to what they do to their own bodies. I followed all laws during the pandemic, and was also quite surprised about the lax uneven application of them in public.
I wanted to isolate my unvaxxable daughter and newborn grandson to our water access, off-grid cabin, but no. I would think that would have been a good way to protect MY vulnerable family members. So I followed orders. Right or wrong, my freedom and rights were restricted, while simultaneously increasing the risk to my family and the local population (according to science).
We do what were told, for better or for worse, but I can still voice my opposition, when prompted.
Like our Q-Queen?Never agreed with you more!! Cheers. Can someone tell me what relevance Q-Anon holds in Canada? What the hell is it? Liquor and dairy both are controlled in Canada. Both have boards that look at both industries and controls the price of both. With the dairy they make sure that there is enough profit for the farmers to remain in business as compared to the US where producers go through boom or bust cycles where you hope to outlast your neighboring dairy farmer. The liquor system (provincial, each one different) is set up as a source of income for the government and it looks at society ills related to consumption and prices alcohol accordingly. These are two aspects of Canadian life that is more 'socialist' than most of our other institutions. We did have the Wheat Board but a conservative government killed it as it was a co-op run by the farmers. Please provide links to what “dairy board” and “liquor control board” are doing to draw an accusation of socialism. It has been some time but I think the Wheat Board was partly killed because US producers objected to it as it gave the individual Canadian producers more leverage when selling their grain worldwide. The CWB gave a quality stamp of approval to the grain as it had strict guidelines as to the quality and buyers would pay a premium for that. The horse is out of the barn now but a lot of farmers now regret nixing the board. The largest producers were the ones that benefited the most when the board was dissolved.

As I said before, I get the feeling the long time regulars have an idea what the others are like here. I knew you were poking fun (I laughed, where the heck did he find that?) but it just gave me the opportunity to dump something out of the old grey matter.“Follow the money.”
(add) I hope it’s clear that my satire about the wheat board is about poking fun at invoking the socialist bogeyman.
Google image search “communist wheat”. Quite a few genuine Soviet emblems feature heads of wheat, from the ornate to the minimal. As I said before, I get the feeling the long time regulars have an idea what the others are like here. Never thought of that. For sure they would have a few emblems to stamp on the side of a railroad car.Google image search “communist wheat”. Quite a few genuine Soviet emblems feature heads of wheat, from the ornate to the minimal.

I was not allowed to isolate our family, as we could not utilize our boat to get to our cottage. Total isolation of the family is safer than living and having to work in the community. Like that's our doomsday home, where we lived in luxury during the great triangle blackout of 2003... oh well followed the order and sacrificed our safety, just like a ton of people feel, for the greater good, or fellow Canadians. We did our part, regardless. How did the restrictions increase the risk to your family?
