The best of luck on that. You'll need to log back quickly to let us know you're okay.I’m going in for a carotid artery unblock in a few weeks, let’s go with observation for now .
Observation.is that an observation, or permission?
Aye, The Spirit Killer; she's sent for the..ahem..more difficult cases.Probably not and it was my ex-wife. Her bloodline comes from a fury volcano, flowing with torturous lava that kills the spirit of anyone who comes close . Her real name is Brenda…….. shiver!
I found my b-mom's side through the Adoption Registry Reunion people in BC where I was born. They contacted the oldest son who got one of his sister's who lives here in Alberta just a couple hours away to contact me by email. We had plans to meet up but got our wires crossed and didn't then things kind of fizzled out and contact stopped. I find it odd that out of 5 half siblings none want contact but if that's the way it goes so be it.Contacting relatives through DNA services isn't always what's it's cracked up to be; you're told the happy successes but not of the negative side of relatives not wanting to be contacted. Also police regularly use familial DNA to nail a criminal like the Idaho Killer. So once it's out there, it is. My daughter apparently needed to check my statement that we come from Viking heritage. She got quite the surprise but now since hers is out there I'm a mitochondrial familial in the database.
Because you bring fear, chaos and the unknown. You may want something from them. It goes for the half siblings and unknown children. If you've done the one Ancestry test you have all the info you need and now the world has access to it. If someone is looking for you they will no doubt be in contact.I found my b-mom's side through the Adoption Registry Reunion people in BC where I was born. My birth mother is Scottish but I really have no idea about my dad's side. Only know that he was born in Sask. and was twice my mother's age when they met in BC. Always consider myself Scottish but could be half Ukrainian for all I know. Lots of Ukrainians in Sask for sure. I got the red hair and freckles so the Scottish side is strong.
The only way I'd have to find out about that side is thru something like Ancestry.
I have had a couple of kids in my younger years I've never met so maybe I'll finally meet them too. Whether that would be good or not . . .
I haven't done any DNA test yet. Turned out the b-mom's family hadn't settled the estate yet and with the timing they may have thought that I was looking for a piece of the pie but I told them I wasn't. If mom goes before I do I'll get a nice hunk of pie from her but I'm not holding my breath for that. I'd like to see her make 100 and that's only a few years away.Because you bring fear, chaos and the unknown. You may want something from them. It goes for the half siblings and unknown children. Go in peace friend don't let this weigh on your mind if it has. Concentrate on the life you have now and making it the best of what has been given even if it's just you and a little pet. It's grounding. Everyone needs this. Lonely? We're all lonely- why do you think we have our little happy group here?
I'm sorry to hear that. I wish my parents had chosen a child already here rather than self cloning on the fly to avoid war and shitty parents.I haven't done any DNA test yet. I should have made contact 30 years ago then at least could have talked to my b-mom. Let her know everything worked out fine for me regarding the family I grew up in. Lots of babies up for adoption in the 50s. She lived in Prince George but I was born in Vancouver at teh Grace hospital famous for hosting unwed mothers. She was diagnosed with dementia at 65 and passed 10 years later. Hoping I didn't get those genes! 68 now and seem to have all my marbles yet and a recent brain MRI didn't find anything too abnormal in there. Didn't find much in there at all.
I dunno. Despite the article, you guys are sitting pretty with all that area north of sixty.Canadians Could Be Climate Migrants, Too | The Tyee
If we’ve turned away others, who will take us in?thetyee.ca
====Original Report====So your MRI, there were no plaques? Was it completely normal? I'm a Neuro patient so I have an interest.
As for DNA test? My daughter did it for me unsuspectingly. 50% of what she is, is 100% me. All I had to do was remove the information regarding ancestry from England, Ireland, Scotland, Wales and France (my ex husband); the balance of countries are mine. I have no interest in being contacted by anyone whether here in America or abroad.
It's hard to imagine the Hudson Bay being beachfront property. It's civility during mass migrations that may be an issue - limitations to adaptation due to acceleration of climate change.I dunno. Despite the article, you guys are sitting pretty with all that area north of sixty.
What’s the deal with Nunavut? When I was a kid, the Northwest Territory was the biggest thing on the map, not counting eastern Siberia. I feel an odd but definite sense of loss seeing a line of demarcation across all that formerly wonderful empty map.
If anyone can figure out how to turn the conflict with a confused climate into a civil war, it’ll be our neighbors to the north. It's hard to imagine the Hudson Bay being beachfront property. You're not a foe....If anyone can figure out how to turn the conflict with a confused climate into a civil war, it’ll be our neighbors to the north.
Your greatest challenge, of course, is striding into the lair of the cobra chicken: a demon of the ancient world, quoth Gandalf. This foe is beyond all of you.

The Stupid's are doing their thing again. Really wish the media would just ignore these ass shats, it's embarrassing on many different levels, just unoriginal wankers. Check out that POS stated date of birth, has to be a troll account, right?
