Hello all, hope your all enjoying your latest crop.
Ive got a problem with PH rising too fast in canna coco using the canna line of nutes. I put tap water in a jug, then add nutes and adjust PH to 6.0. Let stand for a day and check/adjust PH before using.
The solution itself is keeping PH nicely on it's own, but when I feed the plants with it the PH rises fast (the runoff comes out at ph7.0 in under 24 hours). Im now feeding them everyday to try to keep the PH down, but it does not appear to be working no matter how much fresh nute solution I use.
This is happening since the seedlings have developed roots. I am growing in air pots and can already see roots coming out of the holes after only 2 weeks of life. I am worried about this ph problem and don't want my plants dying.
Should I just buy an RO filter and some cal mag or Is there a way to correct the PH issues without one? It seems like the PH buffer has ran out in the coco coir
Please help a newbie, I need some decent bud to smoke
