Canna coco springtails advice ???

Hi all
currently growing in canna coco after noticing some white bugs I've done some research and it seems I have my first spring tails, Two weeks off flipping to 12-12. I'm just looking for some advice there's mixed reviews and I wondered if it's beneficial to keep them or get rid I don't want any problems later down the line. Really would appreciate any replies

They just make me itch lol when I first seen them I thought my roots where moving lol until I got down and dirty and noticed they where jumping around like crazy to much ganja I say :bigjoint:

They certainly look like springtails from
What I can see the best way to check is water they get way more active when watering and you can usually find them in your run off jumping around in the water :peace:
