They spent two years arguing and pledged 100's of millions of dollars to tackle this impending scourge. Cops and Conservatives have been crying about cannabis impaired drivers causing vehicular carnage being an inevitable side effect of legalization. Shoulda just listened to us potheads.
The Big Concern now is where you keep your stash and whether the passenger is smoking - hardly a public safety issue. On a side note, where on my 70 cc Honda is considered out of driver's reach. Or conversely, if I'm smoking while sitting on my bike am I still considered to be 'in' a motor vehicle?

What if I smoked while riding a horse? As long as I don't blow it in his face there is plenty of ventilation so he shouldn't get a contact high.

For about 2 weeks, there was a stronger police presence along the highway on my way home from work. They probably thought they'd catch people at around 4:20. I'm guessing they didn't catch many, if any at all, because I haven't seen any patrol cars all week.

Maybe they should be looking for 11-OH-THC instead of 5nanograms of "thc". This is actually a way for them to test impairment, instead of testing for content of thc.
