Cannabis leaves are yellow with brown tips curling down. Please help!

Hey guys my cannabis plant is about a month old and is puny. Im using a 2700k 4200 lumen cfl and have another 2700k 2700 lumen bulb not in use because I dont have a socket. Anyway, my leaves are yellowing and the tips are turning brown and curling down. Can someone please tell me what this is and how to fix it thanks

im a total rookie, so dont take this seriously, but could it be fungus knats eating the roots? if the growth is stunted like that over time...

4 weeks old, damn. It's your soil, my advice would be to just throw that one away and try again in a different soil mix. Sorry bro, good luck.
