Cannabis Plant Curling down and inwards W.Pics

hey guys, so i am the unluckiest man alive, 2 days ago my ph meter and light regulator stoped working and the only way to buy them is trough amazon, and it will arrive tomorrow, so i had to measure the ph level by eye and remmebering the doses i put inn the past(i had no option while waiting) and i think that before all this mess i had over watered my babies xD. SoO
I dont know if it could be overwatering or bad ph, or nute burn... this is my first grow so im not that experienced.\
bellow are attached some pics, i hope you guys can save my small crop. fyi i just took the picture before watering, so now they are pointing up

And that means? How do I fix it?

Flush the soil with lots of pure water to leach out excess fertilizer and hope plants will regain rapid growth. Flush with 2 gallon of water for every gallon of soil.

Do not fertilize in a while to allow plants use up existing nutrients.
