Cannabis Plant small buds

Going on week 4 and one of plants started growing a lot of small buds and don't know what to do with the plant now.

Let em finish? They've obviously been in flowering lighting for a while considering they're throwing out pistil clusters. Or pom poms.

By the looks of it you have more than 2 weeks to go imo. I would guess at 4 at least.

What kind of lights are you using, and how far away are them? Buds will be bigger the more light they have - increase what you use, or get your plants physically closer and you will see improvements.

The rest of your plants are still vegging?

If it's an auto, sit it outside if you can.

What 4 plants?
Strain?
Lighting time on/off?
What lighting?

The flowering plant has at least around weeks to go yet.
