Cannabis seedling problems

Hi all,

I am new to this forum and new to marijuana growing. My seedling sprouted this morning and it is opening up a bit. However, one of the fake leaves is quite a lot bigger than the other and the true leaves haven't appeared . yet and look sort of damaged and off colour. Is this normal? I am new to all this so please excuse the lack of knowledge. I added pictures (hopefully they show up because there have been problems)
Thanks.

Honestly, they look fine. Cotyledons, the embryonic leaves attached to the seedling, are always all over the place for me. In 2 days I'm sure some of the leaves will get long and stretch while others barely grow. Both are fine in my experience. As long as the true leaves develop at a reasonable pace and as long as you don't notice any color changes in the leaves, I would keep pressing on and don't worry.

Patience is key. If you make a mistake or have a problem, just be patient. Write stuff down too. Im horrible at this but keep trying. 18 month student planners work well. Each month you can map out things on the calander then you have a block for each day to jot down notes. The first fee weeks of a seed pop will seem like forever. Once you get a couple sets of 5s, theyll start pick up. Dont over water or feed. Good airflow so they dont dampen off. A small fan on them, just enough so they dance a little will help with this and give them strength. Dance a little, not have a seizure. Good luck
