How do you “lock in” that sweet spot?
I’ve struggled with getting a good dry/cure since I’ve been growing and sadly have wasted the potential of most crops. The last run was most promising for a while, when the usual wet, green finally transitioned to a sweet fruity, but just as quickly disappeared for the most part. My methods have been comparable on paper to many techniques discussed but I’m obviously missing something.

@Tht_Blk_Guy27 I‘m looking to possibly buy one of these units soon, how has your testing gone so far? Have you tried longer dry times? Curious as to how things are progressing for you, looking forward to reading about your results and impressions- good or bad or both. TIA.

Beautiful. Wow this was a year ago. How has the cannatrol box been doing for you? I'm going to end up getting one. Can you hang-dry inside the thing with trays out for the first stage of hang drying?

It's been great. I love the fact I have full control over the box and what I do. My daily weight check to see if I'm where I want to be for moisture weight are easy and the versatility to just leave it in there and cure it too always hits a sweet spot with me.

I wouldn't recommend doing it like that. Tbh the machine dries and cures to perfection and I leave most of my sugar leaves on and a little stem to help with slowing the cure down in case I'm unable to change the settings between runs for different batches. When I do my autos inside ill do a 30 day run of 15 days drying it as slowly as possible then 15 days if curing as well and it's nice. In between the dry and cure ill separate my sugar leaf and do my final trim before completely drying

I love it man. I did a 15/15 on my trizzler autos from 2020Mendocino 15 days drying and 15 days curing gave it gassy notes of funk and strawberries. The freeze dryer will crush the cannatrol in speed drying but you still have to cure after and I can leave the box on to where it flips to cure for me so I love that feature
