Cannaventure 6 LVTK 4x4

The one closer to the front left looks to be ripening quicker than the others. Looks delicious. I usually feed with water to force/finish ripening. Do you scope the trichs for readiness or go by feel when running something new?

I dont do anything. I feed 1.6EC as soon as they get transplanted in until I harvest. Consistency is very important.

I use a loupe to check for ripeness, no guessing. I check all over, for average ripeness.

The close-ups of buds have lot of white hairs? What ratio of clear/cloudy/amber trichs do you shoot for?

Pistils don’t really mean shit, all those buds are foxtailing so they’ll just keep on making new ones. They’ll let you know on some strains but the only way to know for sure is to scope the trichomes. There was about 10% amber and the rest cloudy. Many people on here cut their shit way too late or way too early cause they don’t check it with a scope and go by “feel” lol
 
Whatever the technicalities of readiness maybe them flowers look real good. This has been a nail biter for sure when it came to the stretch/height issues a month or so ago. This strain did finish fast as I watch them chunk up and the frost rails filled in. Thanks for the ride @dstroy .
