Cant afford light, should i move my plant outside for 12/12?

Hello, my plant is about two months old and im getting ready to 12/12 it. Its about 2 feet tall and is not the healthiest plant, hence it is my first grow. My concern is that i cannot provide enough light for it inside anymore. I have a 45w and 15w aquarium light on it. If i move it outside, keep 12 hours of light on it, 12 hours of darkness, would it be better light wise to let it get sun, or keep the 45w and 15w on it. And if i move it outside, do i have to keep moving it throughout the day to make sure it is in direct sunlight? Any help is greatly appreciated.

They do like sunlight... but I would just put it in the place where it gets the most sunlight in case you forget to move it. Good luck, buddy!

Don't put them into the direct sunlight when you first move them outside. Natural sunlight is much more intense than the CFL and floro tube you have been using.

Check out this article, hope it helps.
