cant do deep water culture anymore must find another way

yo nice to meet anyone that replies to this. this is my first thread i got on here to get some advice from my fellow growers. ive done a few rounds of deep water culture and some soil grows. i prefer hydroponic ive had great sucssees with deep water culture but cant do it anymore because my room cant handle the extra watts(i just moved and the house im in is old and can barley support 600watt hps and air conditioner) so im looking to go with a soiless mix that i will hand water with botanicare nutes. i woold like a mix that has ph stability maximum aeration. water retention but water retention is lowest on the list because i dont mind hand watering dailey so if i could find a mix with ph stability and aeration that needs to be watered once a day that will be fine.
ive heard good things about light warrior but dont like the price so a cheap mix would be even better thanks to anyone that replies much appreciated

Have you looked into hempy buckets? It's mostly perlite, so it's cheap and once established only need to be watered every other day. Can't be overwatered, not ph sensitive and at $20 for a 4 cubic foot bag for perlite cheap. Just a thought, good luck with whatever you land on and welcome to RIU!

Pro mix bx you can get it any nursery. Its perlite, vermiculite, dolomite lime(to stabilize ph), peat moss and micro organism. About 35$ for a large bail. But when my room cant handle the juice I just run an extension cord from another circuit in the house but use a heavy duty cord only the length you need, no more. And dont run more juice threw the cord than it can handle.

i was thinking of runing an extension cord but i dont want to risk it how i found out about my electricty inadequesy was i did a dry run with 5000 btu air conditioner 2 600 watt hps with a blower to cool the hoods and smaller out take fans i had all this running and it was good then i turned on the celling fan and my surge protecter triped so what i am going to do to prevent any mishaps is run the air contioner. run one 600watt hps for 6 hours and the other for 6 hours as to give the garden maximum light penitration from all angles and run the hood blower and out take fan and and two intake fans when the air conditioner is off this is a new room for me and i need to get it producing. and i would rather be safe than sorry plus i dont want extension cords running though my house as it may raise suspition even though i have a 215 i would rather keep things out of sight i would like to run the celling fan as well if not than i have a box fan i would asume the box fans run on less watts but not sure if anybody knows let me know but good lookin out on the mix suggestions i probly look in to promix(does the peat moss add nutrients, i would like to have no nutes present as to be able to control ppms) but i like hempy bucket idea as you cant over water you guys have been a big help and may the force be with u

Im a hydro guy now but I am an ex dirt grower.I used pro mix for years with good results

ProMix BX is good stuff and no the peat moss has no nutritional value, i will absorb water and whatever nutes you add so you will have control over the PPM's. My wife's family are all nurserymen and swear by the stuff. Figure about $36 for 3.8 cubic feet.
