Can't figure it out !

I have grown outside for years and have done very well ! I decided to grow inside and I research the subject more then most would ! I didn't want a big grow so decided on a 3 x 5 grow tent with a Black Diamond Dwarf Star led ! Also bought circulating fans and an exhaust fan to get rid of the excess heat !
I have tried 3 separate times to grow plants in the tent and every time, the seedlings get their first set of leaves and then stop growing and seem to dry out and die ! Soil is watered every other day or when it needs it ! Any suggestions are deeply appreciated !

The first thing I would do is try using clones. Humidity levels are very crucial as well as temp and lighting.
In order to get a good answer to your question I would need to know temps, humidity levels etc

Turn your lights down and fans down. Mist them every now and then and don’t overwater
