Leafs are kinda waxy.. have weird texture. Not crunchy and dry...Looked everywhere and don't know what's up.. ive never seen this is several years of growing chronic... any help would be appreciated

You might not feed too high, but there might be some sort of build up or ph problem. What is your ph and ppm run off? How much light? That third photo looks horrid. I would lose all of that dead stuff. It looks all dried out. Do you foliar feed? How close are your lights? How is the root zone? Is there enough room for your roots? How old are these?

Hello mate, it really dose look like you giving it too much stuff. All you really need is Canna A+B (following the canna scheduled that can be found on their web site), Calmag(personally recommend "plant magic") and canna boost when fruits start to developing. You can also add some canzyme after the vegetative period is over. Don't use Sodium or Potassium based Ph UP additives, as they react with calcium in canna nutrients.
Keep your nutrients at 800-1200PPM at vegetative stage, and 1400-1800 at flowering stage
Keep your Ph at 5.5-6.2 (only adjust PH if it's bellow 5.5 or abbove 6.2) use the phosphoric acid 81% concentration for ph down and calcium carbonate powder for ph up.
And you will have no problems like this
Good luck with your grow
