How is the bud quality ? They look super nice bro looks like they got burned from the lights or something. But the buds are nice and juicy ! I’m new grower and if I could get my plants even half the size for my buds I’d be happy

A lot of people make the same mistakes,Plants need to be elevated so runoff can be collected and removed easily.

Bud quality on the plants that didn’t get salt build up was fuckin fire was exactly what advanced mutes promised, taste, strength the whole shabang

Fucked plants shitty weed good for edibles shit for smoking

And as a new grower my best advice is to just goooo for it one of the best decisions I’ve ever made, problems hit the forum and when u gain some experience have a look through and help people who are still learning like these guys have done for me thanks everyone on this thread I ain’t got no more salty problems and my plants are frosty and happy gonna be good xmas

Okay so I’m my flowering tent plants go from looking like this at week 3 4
View attachment 4747747
To this a few weeks later

View attachment 4747749
My temps at lights on are between 25 to 28c

I don’t know humidity broke hygrometer

I’m using advanced nutrients as I’ve used the same coco about 3 times now and I flush it heavily before using again to get rid of any dust or general fuckery

I’ve noticed the coco isn’t really drying out as fast as it should IMO instead of being 2 3 days it’s dry at about day 5
could it be temps to cold at lights off?
Humidity issue?
I’ve tried flushing I’ve tried reducing temps with air conditioner it has a dehumidifier although I haven’t tried that
I don’t know if maybe it’s the old coco and it’s something to do with that and it’s only showing late in flowering because whatever fuckery is in there the roots haven’t grown into till late flowering

simply put I don’t have a fucking clue
Simple.
U dryed coco out....
U dont do that u lock p and cal big time.
Espesh on advanced.
This is what happens when peeps treat coco like soil.
Cooc is meant to stay perma wet and if not u get big ass locks and salts.

Brown crispy leaves rusty look and bits allover.

I feed my coco hourly in flower on a timer.

If u didnt let it dry advanced nutes that wuda been green as fk healthy as hell.

Water the coco more and panic if it dries u need 30% runoff all the time or advanced salts get built up fast

Flush it with half nutes and stay half nutes i run advances half u dont need it full. 2ml a litres. My advanced grows man i get 20 under a light no effort
Keep it wet wet wet wet wet

Have a look at medusa baseline.
I use it flawless grows and floods

Use General Hydroponics.

Didn’t read all the replies but the lower the humidity the more the plant drinks. This can cause burning even if the nutrients haven’t changed strength.

Don’t really know why people are still thinking it’s anything other than not properly feeding the plants I feed em more and plain ph water after every 2 3 feeds and it’s fine now

Thank you for letting us know how you fixed the issue.

Issue fixed by feeding the plants more along with a flush every few feeds.

Can we see pics?

If you have to flush your medium after every couple feeds it's not fine. You are shocking your plants and than shocking them again to correct it. Even if they look good it will negatively effect the results. You need to adjust what you feed them, they should never need to be flushed. Glad it's working out for you but honestly there is clearly something wrong if you have to keep flushing your medium.

Yeah I don't think he needs to flush with plain ph, but that's always a good safety. I think he can do without the flushing because the increased feedings will sort of do that for him.

A better idea is to lower his feeds so the safety is not needed. Too many growers think more nutes means better plants, it's just not the reality of the situation. It is good his plants are better but that constant shock of over feeding than plain water is just not the best way to go. Well, as long as they are happy that is all that matters I guess.

I think the lower feeds are what caused him his issues. Different perspectives depending on the mediums used right?

Ex. Over watering is an issue many growers have, under watering is an issue many coco growers have.

A 2 gallon coco pot can drink half a gallon a day and not show signs of being over fed.

I think his original problem was feeding days apart and letting coco dry out. If you feed plants right in coco daily there is no need for flushing with plain water. Plain water should never be used in coco. That's not really opinion, it's just how it is. I do agree that different mediums need different treatment.

Looks like he said he switched to a feed-feed-water schedule. That's not flushing, at least as I understand it.

Flushing coco can cause real realy bad problems ur not mena do it runoff is what ya need 30% and a max ppm 800 ro 1200 tap if hard.
But i find my hardwater 390ppm caused alot of problems for me swapped bottles or ro and fine. 300ppm cal in waterlines is way toomuch when i only wana feed 129ppm max and boost as i need foilar. It made the calnit freak outlowrr ppm and feed more no flush.

Think if u eat a massiv sunday dinner feel fat n that.. Do u then drink water for brekfast and lunch the nezt day? Or do u wake up starving after big meal i know i do.
