cant get clones to take root please help

Your trying to root some cuts in a tent, under an hps rite. How far away? Hps is way too bright for cuts, unless really, really, really far away. Remember, they don't have roots yet, your not trying to grow the cuts, your trying to root the cuts. You want a low light level. A t12 fixture 14"-16" away, Is my personal recipe for success.
Oh yeah, remember what i had said about the temperature of the actual cubes themselves. When you pick one up, it should be warm to the touch. Not hot, not cold. If the tray is on the floor, it could be getting the heat sucked rite from them. Ideally, when shit is dialed in, you should see the first roots, on a few cubes in about 8-10 days. If after 3 weeks, no roots, it ain't gonna happen. Take extra, extra cuts until you get it dialed in. Good luck dude

MY ADVISE. THROW THAT CLONE JEL INTO THE TRASH , IT WILL SLOW DOWN ROOTING . WHY BECAUSE IT CONTAINS SMALL AMOUNTS OF NUTRIENTS . IF THE PLANT IS HAPPY IT WILL NOT SEND OUT ROOTS TO SEACRCH FOR IT. NO NEED FOR IT AT ALL. ONLY USE THAT DOME FOR 4 DAYS THEN STOP USEING IT . KEEP YOUR TEMPS UNDER 75 BET ABOUT 55 TO 60 F SPRAY WATER ON THEM FROM TIME TO TIME ONCE A DAY MIST. GIVE THEM 2 TO 3 WEEKS AND WILL HAVE ROOTS. LIGHTING KEEP IS WEAK . A 35 WATT BULB ANY COLOR TEMP DONT MATTER . DO NOT NEED STRONG LIGHTING . TRIM FAN LEAFS LEAVE ON JUST CUT THEM INTO HALF WITH YOUR SNIPS. ONLY FAN LEAFS. THIS MAKES ROOTING MORE PRODUCTIVE . Get the clones out of that hps and mh room. They are horrible to root new clones. They clone best under led or cfl . Prefer cfl. I for got to post this above . Mh and hps grow the top of the plant very fast. Cfl will grow roots very well. This is a must. You need a new room for clones. And use 24/7 lighting . Weak lighting . 35 watts max. I run 60 plants under a 35 watt bulb . More then enough light

I sware i can root a popsicle stick with clonex and a T12!

Sometimes I will cut a bunch of branches off and take cuts for me and then leave the extras in the cups for whoever else may want a go at them. Sometimes they root right in the solo cup with just water.

I've used clonex solution for years now...not the gel but the 20mls per gallon stuff, works great! I also use a product called dip and grow sometimes, (depends which is a closer reach lol) that's seems to be some awesome shit too.
