I have 2" uniseals to use, so I got 2" pvc, cut a 3" hole in plastic 5 gallon buckets, although i did make them to close to bottom with only 1/2" from bottom, so that may be an issue, but I can only get 1 pvc in so far, makes it worse that I put 2 holes in bucket 180 degrees from the other, so it is hard to get good pressure on pipe. I cut the pvc with a slight angle, I couldnt cut it at 45 because my saw wont cut all the way through then. I got burs off pipe and bucket. Seams the bucket caves in bad on side away from bottom of bucket, shit just wont go through, I am almost ready to give up and get new buckets and through dirt in them.

Try using some water-based lube. I experimented with some uniseals once and had the same issue. Rubbed some Astro Glide on the PVC and a little bit on the uniseal them bam. Slid right in like you were procreating :D

First off in my experience cutting the pipes at an angle makes it harder. It's easier if you leave them flat and use sandpaper to bevel the edges. Also throw the uniseals in hot water for 5-10 mins then simple dish soap on the pipe and in the seal. Make sure you have a friend step in the bucket so you and push and twist :-)

File the edge of the pvc, or use a grinder so it's tapered. Then use windex or something like it as a lubricant. flip the bucket upside down if you can, start at an angle and use force. Done it about 100 times.
