If any one could help me I would be eternally thankful. So as the pic shows. Light green new growth with slightly upward, cupped leaf structure (in new growth only.) Base of leaf where individual leaflets come together at the stem look pinched of slimmer than usual. (Possibly due to cupping)
O.k. so here is set up info:
600 watt m.h. lamp
Fox farm newts. "grow big veg and Calmag.
Strain is Ganddoggy Purps from Connoisseur genetics. Under 18/6 3 week's old.temp is 90° 30% humidity.

I think u should have not given it nutes yet because the FF already has nutes in the soil.

if you are following the directions on our grow big . then your good . some times the new growth is lime green because it grows so fast . it did not catch up yet with the rest of the plant . if you were me . I would wait a week and recheck . to make sure it gets dark green . if grown under mh or hps this is common .

great looking plant other then being really hot n low humidity i have learned vegging plants grow alot better with a humidity level of 60-65 even 70 % humidity your temps realy high though the way the pic looks your growing in a small space with not much air flow should invest in some ways to keep her cool she will reward you in the end

If your topping, you probably are not doing it right and thats the grow out effect. Some ppl in this thread spoke about humidity and temp. Its ok to have a dry environment, but it being dry is perfect environment for mites and aphids to thrive. 90f is wayyyyyyyy to hot. no more then 80 is good. If your using FF soil, then save your nutrients for right before you go into flower. Happy growing !

I have had this problem before and some of the foliage will begin to bend a bit I just changed my light hight seem to of fixed the problem other then that they look nice and healthy nice new growth got some fat ass leaves on it tho! Good job dude

LOWER the temps to a target of 70-80 lights on.....90 is way to high.
RH should not be going over 50 if you can help it and it would be best to keep it above 40.
High RH's promote PM and you want to avoid that.....

Something I'd do that would surely contribute to growth would swap out the purple backdrop with something more light reflective than tinfoil.
At this stage I would be more concerned about the plant over growing the grow area. When/if you switch to 12/12 the temps should come down a bit.

Appreciate it everyone. I moved an am rebuilding a new box. Lol so what your seeing is the frame with only 2 walls. The fans and rest of the walls will b up today. The area is 30w×30dx72h for 3 plants. Is that really too small?
Anyway, thank you all sooo much for your insight insparation and encouragement

All mine looked like that when the new leaves were growing it should be okay once the leaves devolved a little it should turn a nice forest green

IMO you should put the support outside the box. This support structure is blocking a lot of reflective light.
Because the box is made out of wood, which is a flammable material. A non-flammable sheilding such as drywall etc should be employed to protect the wood from the direct heat of the HID lighting.
Better safe than sorry
