ok so this plant is 6 days into flowering... The stems and leaf petioles have been purple/red for a while, ut the plant was healthy in all other respects... a few days into flowering (Veg under t5 fluorescents, now flowering under 400 watt HPS)... The stems are purple and those two big fan leaves are the only leaves showing problems... it looks like minor chlorosis but margins are just light green not dead... the left side of one of blades on the left fan leaf has some small burn... I flushed a few days ago which looked like it helped but its still getting worse, just slower... Any Ideas send em my way...

None of my other plants are having problems...

Im thinking toxicity or medium stress...

its probably part of genetic as for the stem coloring, but the light coloring in the leaves are nitrogen defeciency, and thats natural during flowering so dont trip if the leaves yellow and or fall off, but feed it some bloom nutes because its too early for that to happen ... i hope that helps

Ya thanks guys!! I transplanted yesterday and its already looking better... its in fox farm ocean forest soil, and i give it botanicare pro organic bloom, Advanced nutirnts carbo load, and occasionally Fox farm Big bloom... so if it was a ntrogen def i think it was becuase of medium stress and N was just getting locked out...

This is my first grow so I'm learning too but I had leaf stems turn dark purple and it seemed that my water supply PH had risen past the 7 range so I fixed that but I also added CO2 and all the purple went away. So if your PH is ok try CO2. A good way to do that for a small grow if you like beer is brew a batch of Mrbeer.com beer in with the baby's. Hope this helped.

Ya that could have been the problem... i transplanted and the soil was very compressed... so i broke up the root ball and now its really flourishing... medium stress is what did... this can cause many problems... like Ph problems, nutrient lockout, and other things... this happened with Fox farm Ocean forest soil... i am gonna try adding more perlite to the blend next time around... thanks for the help dudes... I am gonna try CO2 soon, i have the regulator i just need a tank...
