I need help with getting this watering down. I'm a first time grower growing in potting soil with a 600W LED light. I am currently in a 1 gallon pot preparing to transplant to a 5 gallon. Ph is around 7. Temperature at 72. After reading around I hope it's just over watering.

It should start picking up soon, doesn't look too bad. If possible try and get yourself a fabric pot or smart pot to air prune the roots as you go and avoid getting root bound. With soil a big part is making sure it is suitable for mj, or could cause burns or not have very good drainage. When watering soil always try to get 10 to 20% run off and keep checking the pot daily, whwn the pot feels light its time to feed again.

Thank you. I will be transplanting to 5 gallon fabric pots. Any suggestions for that process? Do I need to cut slits into them?

No you dont need to cut slits into them, they have great drainage because of the fibers, they are not solid like a plastic pot and have the benefit of air pruning.
When using a plastic pot the roots can grow around the pot and suffocate themselves (rootbound) with a fabric pot the roots try to grow to the sides but cant grow around like in plastic because the air dries them out.

As for transplanting you would usually put your hand on the soil (stem between your fingers, turn upside down and transplant the whole root ball.
I think the problem you are going to have is there will not be much root ball and you could end up destroying all of the roots, you may be able to scoop your hands under the soil at the outside of the pot and place the whole plant in the new container half filled with soil and then fill the sides, but for now it could be worth drilling some more air holes in your pot for better drainage and only feed in a small circle around the plant so not to overwater, as it picks up a bit create a larger circle and in about a week (when the rootball is stronger) transplant as first mentioned. Gently loosen the roots to premote new growth around its new home and you should be good to go... one thing i will say tho, if you have a auto either way you will run into some problems when transplaning because of shock, if you grow autos always put them in the final pot, if you need any more help i will do my best to help :bigjoint:

It looks like you need to water thoroughly.

It looks like leaf wilt from lack of water, which is fine.. You have to remember, the bulk of your water will drain to bottom... So all your roots are still closer to the top.

You need to water so all soil is saturated. It'll prob be close to 5 to 7 days before watering again in that pot.

And when you transplant, let it be fairly dry. Put plant on its side, and roll the pot with a little pressure to loosen it up, gently flip over and tap a bit. Should come right out. Have your new pot all ready to go by filling with soil about halfway and put your old pot in there and make a little indention, dig out that soil, and set new any in there. Full, press gently to straighten up or center... Water thoroughly. Should be good for a solid week in a 5 gallon. It will still feel like water is in there,, but until the roots make it to the bottom, you'll need to water a lil bit more even if it feels heavy
