Can’t tell if seedlings are healthy or not...

It doesn’t seem very wet.
Rockwool retains a lot of water. I've drowned an established 12" clone with 6+ nodes by overwatering it in a block of similar size as your seedlings. I don't know what your medium of choice is in flower but there could be an easier medium for you to germinate seeds with in the future tbh.

Assuming you're growing in rockwool from start to finish here.

Start in smaller plugs and once they've put out their first real 5 finger you can put them in a similar sized cube as you're using now, maybe one size up. This will make it easier to control the moisture content.

Follow the instructions on the blocks if you didn't this time, they're important.

Soak in a light nutrient solution at 5.5 for 24 hours. Don't squeeze the cubes, shake/swing them to get rid of excess moisture. You want to be able to set the cube/plug on a paper towel for a few seconds and it not be wet, barely moistened. Make note of how this feels weight wise, this is where you should be aiming once you need to rehydrate.

Use a spray bottle to mist the cube, don't top water a small seedling in any medium. Seedlings starting in rockwool won't need any additional moisture for days at a time, especially under a dome or in proper veg humidity levels. It's hard to kill a seedling in rockwool from underwatering, you'd have to have very poor environment and not check on them for over a day at a time.

I use an aerocloner to start seeds. Its nice. Never forget to water it and come down and find all my $60 pack seeds dead. Perfect amount of air and moisture. No medium to buy.

Okay thank you!!
Is there anyway I could save these 2?

Put them in a beer cup or tiny 8 oz styrofoam cup of soil. Moisten the bottom layer of soil before putting your cube in.

Fill around the cube with dry soil. Don't cover the cube, you'll want the top to be exposed to air. The dry soil will wick away moisture from the cube until they're both equal. After the cube has dried out a bit spray the soil around the cube, don't directly spray the cube or the stem of the seedling.

In the future root riot cubes, jiffy pucks or planting straight into dirt would be preferred to the rockwool. Heck of a learning curve.

Is the light at 100%, and how far is it from the seedlings? One of the most common things I see new growers do here is cook their seedlings with these new LED lights.
