I would suggest first and foremost get some CubeCaps! Looks like you're farming algae not pot.
Check your Ph, and it looks like maybe a potassium deficiency...

Im runnin advanced nutes veg a+b, about 300ppm, and 5.8 ph level, i am hand watering 1 every other day,
there under a 1000w mh 8"air cooled digital light. I was using a temp set-up in my closet, but that has been fixed,
at first i thought it was the heat in the closet, but it never went over 90f. My ph meter took a shit, and needed a new probe,
so i was thinkin my meter threw my ph way off, but now it looks more like a nutes. Burn, i checked the cubes, and squeeded out a test cup.
Cubes are sitting around 600-700ppm. Not sure if thats to high or not...?
I would just start over, but these were some fem seeds, and that shit aint cheap....

i agree they look over watered and its hard to clear algie/molds from tore up cubesThis is not good bro. These cubes of yours look nasty on the top as well as over watered. The plants are showing a serious mg def. Tell us more about your grow, i.e. nutes, water etc.
It would be a lot faster and easier to start over then to try fixing these

Here is what I would do if I wanted to save them, but do what YOU think is right and get other peoples opinion
1. Make sure you got at least 4 feet from the light to your tops.
2. maintain temps at no more then 75-78 (give the little ones a break until they show signs of recovery))
3. you need good ventilation and a gentle breeze over the plants at all times!!!
4. OK, this is where I would do something that others might not lol. I would reduce the size of these cubes to half of what they are now, I think they are holding too much water considering the problems you are having and there is bad shit growing in them.
5. Flush and get the runoff down to within 50ppm of what you are feeding
6. Start adding some hydrogen peroxide (check the forum, there are many threads on dosage and intervals). You want to kill the algae and other stuff that may be developing there before it takes completely over.
7. Ones they are flushed go ahead and foliage feed them (it will address the def. faster until you get your root zone dialed in again)
8. Good luck!

The light is about 3 ft. From the tops, due to the 1000w power
the new room is a steady 75f with 2 ocilating fans
im gonna try to fluch them, and hope this is a nutes problem (over feedin)
not sure how to cut back on watering, by the 2nd day when its time to water, the plugs in the center are dry, only the very bottom of the cube is wet.
This is the 3rd run and the first real problem after "the great gnat war of '09"
my bloom room is doin great, and im building a new room for it too
just waitin for the run to finish (2 weeks to go)
i do use block covers, but the shop was out, didnt think alge would set in so fast, and the shop would lag so long....
There is only 20 of them so starting over isnt the end of the world, but it would set me back 3 weeks
but i dont wanna run these if there shocked, and will produce a shity crop....
