Can't tell what is wrong

Hello friends,

Wondering if anyone could help me out with a problem with the plant in the image attached (apologies for quality)

It's being grown in a PC case that seems to have no heat issues (usually) 1 large fan on intake, 2 smaller fans for exhaust, with 4 6500k 26w CFLs (equal to 400w incandescent)

The following scenario transpired -
Plant was started from seed, grew nicely for about 6 days. Watered on day 6, then had to go out of town for 2 days on day 7. Afraid it would dry out it was watered again. In addition, the air conditioning was turned up to about 78 so for those two days, it was probably over temp in the case. It was hot upon returning.

new growth in the middle is pretty and green, larger leaves are still flexible with yellow spots, smaller (but older) single leaves - the first set grown after the seed leaves - are dry and brittle

So - did it get too hot, too much water, both?

will it live?

I've tried to figure out which it is by looking at other pictures and such but I just couldn't figure it out.

what is the temp? Also looks like to much water...

did you spray something on it?

Nothing was sprayed on it, except maybe some water when I watered it last. I broke my thermometer and haven't replaced it yet.. but before i broke it was running in low 80s
