But yeah burping buckets is great so fast...and I am using a handheld scale to quick and easy to weigh i prices out 1 gallon Mason jars wowsers would of been a few hundred bucks at least they aren't cheap I could get smaller cheaper ones but yeah I see loads of good reports with people using 5gl buckets most use nice lids the gamma lids but the normal lids provide a pretty good seal prob not 100% but I figured i would use some plastic underneath and its working so far I think

Damn, so the powdery mildew spread and I cut out what I could, any idea what I can do this late in the game? Anything I can do in terms sprays to help hd it off for a week or two?

I wouldn't spray anything this late in flower or the taste may stay ...do you have a fan going ? As soon as I ran my fans 24/7 my pm was gone and did not come back or get worse definitely helped alot from my experience you can only maintain pm haven't really ever gotten rid of it once a plants infected but who knows depends on the severity I guess

The last time i had pm.before the fans i just blasted the plant with the hose thats prob the only safest bet at this point and would have to be done early on sunny day but I also have fans can dry it up rather quick so

3 plants left counting down the clock ....the mandarin cookie is ready to be cut the buds are extremely heavy and dense I think but still some big buds with some white hairs ...
My bruce banner is getting dark very purplish and darker hue the pink is still present in spots they are getting dense /heavy these two plants are the most dense shit I have grown finally some nice quality buds and yeah ethos genetics rock !
I also have one small potted plant orange kush cake still a few white hairs but within the harvest window now not very big buds but hopefully good quality
I am hoping for 3.5 pounds out of the last 2 plants but maybe more I seem to be guessing under abot this year and the banner is big thats for sure

Well I chopped the mandarin cookies ! Looks great jam packed full of trichomes its on its 3rd day of hanging now thinking its about almost 2 pounds maybe dense thats for sure ...
I also chopped the little potted plant orange kush cake should be 2 to 3 ounces good little taste of another ethos strain..
And I still have my underdog going "bruce banner"
Looking great never seen a drop of pm and the bugs seem to keep away from. It buds are the biggest I have grown so far and I know they ain't that big but biggest consistent buds put it that way ...she's doing great was hoping for more trichs but ain't complaining this is a 9 to 10 week strain and it was the last to the party as far as flowering goes
I am really not to sure what to expect yield wise as I said before this is my first time growing plants of This magnitude and I never thought a 5 pound plant was in my grasps this season but the haze was at least 4.5 to 5.5 llb ...salvaged 2.5
Anyway chopping the bb in a week possibly she's handling the cold weather real well and the strain says its capable of colder Temps so we will see I did already smoke a joint of it and I thought it was great and had some serious potential possibly if left to grow another few weeks ..
The real magic is the very top canopy and very back corner of fence which I can't access tried to shimmy along the 2x4 top rail of fence but its wobbly and its already been quite the scene with the neighbours this year on ladders etc...
Annnnyway looking forward to seeing what the cookie weighs in at ...

Well a buddy came.by and helped chop all the big colas off my banner and good thing the buds are covered in ice this morning (only took 3/4)
Couldn't be happier this year 2 plants are 5 pounders !!!!!
And excellent quality !
Final weights to come hoping to leave this banner for another week lol
I have no doubts this plant is around 4 to 5 pounds .

Well decided to chop most of what's left on the bruce banner...only tiny buds left if they make it great if not thats fine .
Tons and tons hanging right now .
But for the best news yet yesterday I got all my weed thc tested bruce banner being the winner at 26% but that was a sample chop a week before harvest so prob a bit higher maybe .
The place i went to was in London and it was $20 for the first test and $15 for every test after

Thanks guys well really hoping to have a final number here in less than a week last plants hanging maybe 3 ounces plus left on the plant outside ...
So like I was saying earlier I am using 5 gallon lowes buckets with plastic lids this year but I decided to order turkey marinating bags off Amazon so now the bag is inside the bucket I can tie the bag off and toss the plastic lid on ...I bought 10 bags food grade obviously for 25 bucks shipped ...I think this is the right choice with the plastic buckets for sure and still waaaay less $ than glass
Anyway I will do one last post with pictures of all the nugs from all 5 strains and final weight etc ...
Definitely interested to hear and see what you guys have weight wise and a good best bud pic lol

Between the 2 northern lights I got 4.5lbs and just finished trimming the blue dream on Sunday. So won't know what weight for another week prob but it's alot thinking 3lbs ish
