Anybody have any luck with this and if so what is the rotation of spraying that you use is it Overkill to do everyday, every third day?
 
I am sure the directions say 7-10 days.

I spray once a week.
However; if you are dealing with an outbreak, you can spray twice a week.

By spray you mean powdering up the plants right? I saw a couple Thrips move around so I did a full dusting but not sure if I put too much...

Edit: also used a paint brush to powder under the leaves

Captain jacks is a spray
 
Ill have to order the liquid from amazon, that sounds easier. Particularly if I just use it at lights out. Lowes only had the powder so I assumed that was it lol.

Im worried im blocking all the light with powder

Home depot has the liquid if you have one. I like the concentrate you get more for your buck. You can water with the liquid too and it kills gnat larvae
