Yeah, it's happening to me when I am using the Admin control panel! I know it sucks, and it's obviously something new that is being tried, so hopefully things will improve. At lease the numbers are easier to read than the jumbled words, I always have to refresh those several times to find one that my old eyes can decipher.

You can disable this feature in cloudflare control panel.
