Carbon filter

4 months old hooked up to 6 inch fan on low setting. Used it for veg and almost done my flowering with it.
Its connected to my fan cooled light

Sometimes you need extra carbon filtration when the plants are in later flowering because they simply stink more.

Kk will look into that I'm getting some ona gel delivered tommorow and was thinking about putting a little jar inside the actual filter which doesn't seem like a problem cause fan is on 24/7 now

Just gonna have to add a second carbon filter as a scrubber and plug it in when the smell starts to overwhelm the first filter.

I wouldnt put anything in the carbon filter as it will just try to filter that out.

For starters, how is the first filter being used? Is it in an exhaust line? or is it being used as a scrubber?

The scrubber is just a carbon filter sitting in the area with the plants with a fan that sucks air through the filter and just blows it back into the room with the plants. This cuts down on odor a LOT.

Lol sorry I was gonna take the ducting off the filter place a small thing of ona gel in the filter then put the ducting back on then the air from tent would go threw filter hit jar of ona gel and get pushed out by fan

I'm a little high

Yeah I wouldn't advise that, may put more wear on the carbon filter. But hey, I could be wrong. Don't let it get sucked into the fan. lol

What you really want to do when you can is add a scrubber in there to cut the odor the exhaust filter has to handle.

Yes my filter is part of the exhaust I have filter then through the light then out the fan

I would get your filter system in order before I rely on a jar of fragrance . . . When it does wear out you won't be home lol.
