Here is what I found out about the Cannamed process.
There are lengthy forms to fill out about your health and personal questions such as who lives with, ages, employment.
They need a copy of your Colorado DL or ID and SS#. They keep a copy for their records.
You must write a check to the state for $90 and you can pay the rest of the fees for the doc either by cash or CC, but there is a charge if you use a CC.
No check for the doc.
One advantage of going to THCF is that you can mail in your ap with the $90 check to the state yourself.
Personally, I'm not thrilled with the idea of them keeping my personal information such as my DL and SS.
Maybe THCF is the same?
