I am a card carrying patient. My caregiver is out of meds ... now what?

Can I temporarily change caregivers to get some meds ?!!

I do not want to permanently change caregivers and do NOT want to get another caregiver in trouble for selling to me.

Can I sign something for the immediate purchase/transfer time and then revoke it about 1 hour later??

Much respect and please help. A legal solution for myself and the caregiver is needed

I have to admit, I'm not positive on this, but from what I understand patients are allowed to give medication to other licensed patients. So if you find a licensed patient, they should be able to give you medicine until your caregivers get's things together. And since the plants are owned by the patient, not the caregiver, you should also be able to get some meds from another caregiver as long as the patient approves.

Note: I'm not a lawyer and under no circumstances should anything I ever say be listened to:) I hope this helps.

Choosing the Right Medical Marijuana Caregiver is something that I have put quite a bit of time and thought into. It is not something to take lightly, and unfortunately, even if you do everything right, sometimes things still go wrong. Plants get killed, crops don't come in, these things do happen.
