Yep. The text of the law prohibits p2p or cg2unconnectedpt illegal. End of story. The only protection beyond that is the AD. You appear to be in favor.

If you were to approach patients with the option of signing and notarizing an agreement, what you apparently want can be protected, and you know the risks. How well can you manage your business out of sight and under the radar?
