so excuse me if this is a stupid question, but i've been into a few dispensaries that have some plants growing there. i was wondering how that usually works? does it depend on the dispensary? do they charge me to grow my plants for me then give me the finished product or what?

how you set up your deal with the people / disp is kinda up to you...most disp gonna give you a price break on the weed you buy there and MAYBE some free weed each month. you really need to have that disc. with them before you sign over your plants. I cant imagine any disp charging you to grow your plants. maybe i misread what you were trying to ask there but if they say they gonna charge you, laugh in their face and find someone else. you will never get all the medicine from them when they grow your plants though either.

Edit...ok i reread what you were asking and Im thinking your asking this. "willa dispensary take plants, charge me to grow them, then give me the medicine that they grow off the plants they charged me to grow"

simple answer, no

You may be able to find a private caregiver to provide this for you but there are not that many private caregivers left after 1284 passed. That bill was a huge blowjob to the dispensary lobby.

A bill passed a couple years ago now the redefined the caregiver patient relationship and restricted it to 5 patients each. That and it forced private caregivers to register with the state. It basically forcing everyone to use dispensaries...
