American Bulldog is a great option. This breed will actually let the intruder in without making a sound and then pounce on that bitch. I agree that this is part of 'the game' and denial is not an option. I know of growers who rip others and that is down right pathetic. Whatever the motivation, it ain't worth going to jail for a bottom feeder unless your life is in danger. The most important rule is DON'T TRUST ANYONE! When it comes to money, people will stop at nothing. There was a good Youtube vid on a guy(legal) in the US(Cali I think) who shot a bitch dead when he came over the fence trying to rob him. They law is such that if the person breaks into your house you can use deadly force but when someone enters your property u can only use reasonable force. Not sure if he ended up going to jail as it was yet to be determined.

First of all, never show or brag your plants. I'd hate to lose one of my favorite spots. What I would do is plant a bunch of shitty hemp there and let'em smoke that! Ha ha Poison Ivy, thistle and burning metal ussually deter thieves. If you look around you can find dead stocks from last year that are full of these seeds.

Just think of them as pests. Electric and barb wire fencing, dogs, or even natural deterants like lantarna bushes. (i think you guys call them thickets or something)

Put down some nailboards on the trail/entrance etc. flat piece of wood about 6" x 18" with 4" new sharp nails in it, bury the board and cover nails with leaves, it will go straight thru boot and foot and if you see a limper the next few weeks you got your man.

Pepper spray him,or even better bear spray.

Some guy owed me 700$ for a favor I loaned him and said he wasn't going to pay me. My brother and I were walking out of a walmart one day when I see the mother fucker walking slightly in my direction, towards his vehicle.
I called out to him " Hey ****!
He pretended to not hear me. I called out to him again and he did the same thing, he was walking with a friend.
I was pissed off by now and walking right along side him interrogating him when he was going to pay up.
After awhile he say's " Probably never"
I said "Oh yeah? and punched him in the head, staggered him back a bit and with in a couple minutes I let him out of a head lock and walked away due to the 2-3 citizens who started yelling at us to "cut it Out!"

It felt good to scare him a bit but it was a stressful next couple days wondering what he was going to do.

I'm the kind of person to live and learn and let karma handle things in life. I had pretty much forgotten about the whole thing when I get a call from his cousin one day and says "yeah he has your money dude.

Guess the guy got a great paying job and decided to pay me back 700$ I really believe that because I was nice to him after he stole, and because I knew he was in a bad situation, I decided to try and talk him through it because I really wanted my cash back. I told him, "A man's only as good as his word, so what does that make you?"
I have a feeling he kept that to heart and was glad to pay me back when he was able.

I only believe in the concept of karma that do good things and good things shall come(If that is even relevant?).

Morale of the story, stay calm and collective and good things are more likely to happen without consequence.


The Outdoorsman

The wonderful soul that taught(and still thankfully does teach) me told me first and foremost that I as in ME am going to be my own enemy in this endeavor. This is the way I maintain my Medicine for me so that I am not out on the street risking a trip to jail to get my medicine and 9 times out of ten it is garbage. I dont do that! I wont do that! Year before last I had an entire garden that was one week from harvest flood so bad I couldnt even get into it. Hey how was I supposed to know that the three days prior we'd get almost 8' of rain?! Ruined or ripped off either way it was gone. I had to move on but i'll tell ya I feel a helluva lot better knowing it happened that way as opposed to my mouth or suspicious activities and not paying close attn to who else is with me. I know it may be as big a job as you make it but dont make it any bigger than what you CAN handle. I cant tell you what that limit is that is upon you. Be very careful and think about EVERYTHING before you get going. You may find that you just cannot accomplish this without interference. In that case DONT DO IT!

one time my cuz was walking thru the woods and found a sick plant, he left a note on it that said "ill help u save this.... " and put a time on the note. when my cuz went back he found a note that said "have it.". he got like 8 oz off that plant. lol

Man up and buy ur own land ...fence it off and grow ur pot...Or set up a space inside ur home if you own one ....Most people get there crops ripped off because they run there mouths to all there dirt bag buddies... or people they think is ur buddy and then the fuckers rip ya off....pulling plats that are not even in flower yet Lol I can say I might have done that once in my life when i was stupid,,,Sure many have

When i used to live in kirgistan by russia and all i remembered what they did to thieves that were caught red handed we would put them in these cages for about 2 hot sunny days and then let the authorities show up and explain to them what they did, well the Authorities there took it form there and they usually beat the living shit out of them and put them in jail for however long it took. but i personal recommend the video idea once you know who it is come to their house like doublejj said and talk to them tell them you know everything and tell them they have about 2 weeks to pull out the money you think your plants and TV were worth if they deny it or tell you they won't then go to a bar or a pretty bad place you know off and hire some people to beat the living shit out of him but so he can live after that and your problems should be solved, in my old town we had Armanians that did favors for example someone owes you a 1000$ they would make him pay up 2000$ (they had their methods) and they would give you your 1000$ back everyone respected them because they pretty much did the right thing but hey that in third world countries...and i also got ripped i had 1 last plant to harvest it was 2 weeks before harvest and i came to my spot and all i saw was them main stem in the ground and i got really pissed and mad but that made me smarter and how to grow better so i would say just man listen to your conscience and do whats right but no one should die over a plant after all think about it whats the price of someones life? well in ym current town its 20$... sadly there were a couple young teenagers killed over 20$... sad sad story..
