Caught selling weed

Dude no big deal. U haven't killed anyone. I had the same thing happen cept I got caught smoking it in the bathroom and I ran outa the office ditched it then left. Run Forrest run. schools typically have a zero tolerance policy on weed n shit so taking it to school is a no-no always. there's states that enforce strict MM statutes if you are caught with drugs in a school zone.

even if you are not charged the school may expel you ... you'll be fine...

If it was a female who searched you, complain about it and about how you felt exposed being searched buy a female saying she was all up in your junk ans shit

u didnt mention if they read you miranda rights though? that is always mandatory. they can search you without parents though. and if you said it was ok for them to pat you down u might as well just take whatever deal they give you. now you will just get community service and go to a different school for other cool kids like you lol. no is the only word you ever say to a police officer. might be the most valuable thing you learned in HS.

same thing happened to me the kid though except someone snitched on the kid who told on me for giving it to him (which didnt help him because since i didnt have it i techincally couldnt be arrested ahhh listening pays off for once anyway) some girl seen him doing something with it and told on him which in turn they question him about it blah blah blah he brings me up i get called down there. end up him getting arrested because after they suspended me i left and he was still there and then they found the weed on him and since i wasnt there i couldnt be charged. but i still ended up gettin expelled from that school and made to go to a ass backwards school for tough kids i guess gangs, other types for 2 years and it was out in bum fucked nowhere and there was like 4 kids on our short bus the whole school like 65 people max you can see through the entire school through the front door straight hallway
