And I have won every case since I studied the law.

And I wouldn't argue that I had a religious right to smoke Marijuana in the Army, I would just do it.

And that law I posted is about postponing lawsuits and stuff. I can postpone my lawsuits.

I don't give a fuck what state laws says dude. There is no way the military will let you grow or smoke weed. Period. It is federally illegal and the military is federal. Duh!

You will get court marshaled and possibly a dishonorable discharge which is the same as a felony.

Woah, when did I ever say they would let me grow or smoke weed? I think you are misreading something.

I never said I would grow in the Military, I said that the fact that I have grown legally in the past does not bar me from Service. And I said that if I smoked Marijuana in the Military, I would make sure that there was at least a month or two before any potential drug test. And that if it was best not to use it that I would use something legal, or just drink.

And the only reason Marijuana even came up was because of someone else. I just said that I would use other things, then someone said "Well you can't smoke weed just because it's your religion" and I went on to say that you could if you timed it right, and he even said later that tons of people he knew smoked because they couldn't get drug tests out to where they were. And again, I was talking about things that don't even show up on drug tests before he brought that up.

And going in to CBRN and having the books Pihkal and Tihkal, and knowing some of the stuff I know, will start plenty of discussion and I will find the cool people. I've been profiling since I was like 15, I went to college when I was 15, and me and a friend I had in college would sit in the parking garage and we would decide who smoked and who didn't, and we would ask people to get in the car and smoke. And when we were like 14-17 we use to play a game called "Hey mister" where we would have 3-5 people in the car, and we would profile different people, and then take turns walking up to people and saying "Hey mister can you get me some cigarettes" or alcohol. Lol

I can find the cool people.

I have nothing on my background.
I have checked. I have 1 arrest, but no conviction. And the arrest was for a warrant, not for a charge. But no convictions, just an arrest. And I have known people with Felonies that have gotten into the Military, so I am not worried about an arrest that led to no conviction barring anything. And all I have to do is file a motion to get it sealed if completely necessary, but it doesn't effect anything else like jobs, so I doubt it would effect this.

Dropped charges can't effect anything, they might be on there but they don't mean anything. The Prosecutors withdrew from the case, even if it was still open it wouldn't be something that would bar me completely. They would just tell me to file a motion for dismissal, but since I did that before the prosecutors withdrew, they just dismissed it themselves.

You're not going to get away with anything in the military except for drinking.

The military test for a lot of things. A lot of legal substances will still get you in trouble.

You're not getting it. The military want you to fit in a box. I don't really think you would make it.

I could be wrong, it might turn you into a man. Or asshole. Or both.

The military is cutting back right now. Their standards will be a lot higher than normal. Hell I bet the are offering redux right now. That's where they pay willing people to get out before retirement.

I have a cousin that just joined the army. Just got done with basic and his deisel mechanic training.

It was hard for him to get in. Clean cut, smart, high school and two years college, no arrest. He had to wait a while before he could get in and had to enlist open before they would take them. That means they can put you in any job.

No way I would enlist unless I knew what job I was going to do.

There is a Republican Congress and Donald Trump might be president soon, they aren't cutting back. I have even read about May-July 2016 might take longer only because there are so many people that are joining. And CBRN is not something that people do unless they want to do it. There aren't a lot of people just randomly joining CBRN. And there is a lot of CBRN training of Civilian Governments going on. Plus Trump wants to start a Nuclear arms race in Asia, which everyone in Asia, except North Korea, is against doing.

And when they see my hair they are going to be excited to get me to sign something. People like cutting my hair. I grow it out for my Religion, but I had to get it cut for the 8 months, and for 6 months once, and then for work in Florida. People love getting to cut all my hair off. They usually expect me to get like butt hurt about it too. But I know it grows back, and I don't have any bald family members.

This (quote below) is a thing about disqualifications. I have no Criminal charges or convictions. Just an arrest, and since there was no conviction they would most likely waive it if it was a problem, but it's just an arrest so it is probably not a problem.
"Some types of criminal activity are clearly disqualifying; other cases require a waiver, wherein the each service examines the circumstances surrounding the violation and makes a determination on qualification."

I think people that are Hindu and who know Rights, etc. are the least of the Military's problems. They have some real crazy people in the military. Like "I'm gonna go kill some Camel Jockies" people.

And the question is always "Have you ever been convicted of a crime", it wouldn't even make sense to say "Have you ever been accused of a Crime". People would be like "Well, yes, one time my brother thought I stole ... but it turned out that he had left it in his car" and stuff like that.
