CFL and Heat

Hey. So I've got a lot of watts -

315w - 6500k
383w - 2700k
and a 90w led (red/blue)

right now one girl is vegging. I have found a good blend of lighting that keeps the temp around 74-79.
i also keep making adjustments with the goal of getting as much light going while keeping the temp and humidity.

I have an outtake fan connected to a 4in carbon filter. no intake right now and a 10in vornado to "circulate" air inside the tent.
The outtake definitely keeps a few degrees off but the vornado seems to increase the temp at canopy level by around 3-5 degrees. (probably cause there is no fresh air going in?)
The thermometer I am using has the metal sensor on a cord and can show readings for both "outside" and "inside" so far the outside readings (I place the sensor at the top of her canopy) reads higher than the inside temp, I have the thermometer set in her pot.

all the cfl's (aside from two 34w 2700k) are large heat emmitting bulbs.
placing them any less than a 2ft above plus results in being too hot. Possibly I need a ac or even better a ac/air purifier combo.

Im sure you might recommend another fan or ac unit, I am looking for one. Any other ways to reduce the hot air and increase circulation so the I can run more than 400w? And also get the lights closer. She is not stretching but I'd like to put the lights closer.

It's lights out time for her right now, but the picture can show the distance from cfl's. ( the other bulbs are even higher above the one shown)

Ideal-Air and sunleaves both make a 12,000 btu portable AC you can get from your local hydro store for about 500 plus taxes. All ACs eventually need to be worked on most hydro shops will take care of shipping for you where as stores like Wal-Mart will make you send it in on your own dime. So even if you do save 75 or a 100 bucks if you end up having to ship it off for warranty work you just cost yourself a couple of weeks and hundred bucks or so for shipping.
