CFL and Sunligh

I was wondering if it would be bad to take the plant outside for about an hour or two everyday to let it soak up some sunlight. would this have any effect on the plant when i bring it back into the box..

The effect might be the bugs you would bring back in with it. Don't do it.

naw the only negatives is bringing in unwanted bugs, as was just stated above me

and maybe if theres a big temperature difference, that might affect it

Take it to a window instead?

I've been doing this for years, never had any problems. That said I treat my plants before flowering with neem oil and I spray garden plants too. I also raise them off the ground as you can see in my pic. Like I say, never had any problems with pests this way.

It sure gives them a boost I can tell you They only go out under full sun, other times they're back in the cabinet under 350watts of CFL's!
