I wasnt hating, its not bad for your first grow, but all those plants should of had alot more than cfl's in my opinion, if you used a 1k hps or even a 600w u would have had alot denser nugs

I have to say, Cardboard is a HUGE NO NO. Humidity is relative, it doesnt matter what the humidity is outside or inside. Humidity goes up or down depending on TEMP, when the temp changes and humidity goes down, it SOAKS INTO ANYTHING IT CAN.

This is why having brick walls indoor is beneficial, it buffers humidity.

Go get some of that plastic poster display board.

Everything may be alright now, but like rolla said, Mold, fungus, mildew, you cant avoid it with cardboard.

Most people think mold and mildew is something that happens randomly, but Mold and Mildew spores are in EVERY HOUSE, Every Grow room, EVERYWHERE.

Normally you dont notice this because most peoples homes are not a sufficient environment for mold or mildew to reproduce. But once start growing indoor, your creating all kinds of wonderful places for the mold and mildew to reproduce. Especially when you use cardboard.

Everytime you water your plants, all that moisture gets released into the air from the leafs and stems of your plants through transpiration. When it hits the air, if the rest of the house has a lower humidity, the moisture from the plants finds somewhere to go, in this case it will be the cardboard.

Everything might be going great now, but that just means that dreaded day when you find mold is getting closer and closer.

Other then it being in a cardboard box, they are looking Great man!!

Very nice work, I would just hate to see it all be ruined by mildew and mold.

Anyways good luck.

yea i guess you do have a point there. but i have two computer fans going one blowing in and one out. so its not like the moisture is staying in there. its actually really dry inside. i put a fresh cut bud in there and it dried in 24hrs

Hey you're on it man.. Is this 70 watt HPS you used compatible with standard light sockets or did you use a special ballast?

no you can't screw it into a normal socket. it comes with a built in ballast, socket, and reflector. all you need to do is attach the wires to a plug so you can plug it in.

you connect the wires from the fan to a 12volt AC to DC converter i got 2 from radioshack you just connect the wires and plug it in. no nutes in the beginning but after about 2 weeks started with B.C. technaflora nutes used about 1 gal of veg formula then switched to flowering. i dont really like these nutes, i wont be using them again.
