CFL Closet Grow Bubblieicious!

right now i have one 26 WATT CFL on the plant with a metal reflector around the light for maximum light potential.I also have 2 more 26 watts and a 13 watt that r going to be going once the plant gets a little bigger but one is fine for now,i had a grow go to about 17 inches with just one 26 watt cfl without stretching so u dont need as much as alot of people say u do.For the whole plants life though the most ill have at one point is 4 lights on the plant,2 above,and one on each side halfway down towards the bottom.I hope that answers ur ?s and yea as of right now just one plant growing but as soon as we get the fem seeds we r gonna start a FEM seed its Kush too so its going to be dope!!~!!

dope indeed. but like i said, most of the lower leaves of the seedlings that i have lost most of the bottom leaves, i guess cause lack of light but idk may b ph problems,. i have no way to test the ph of the seedlings' soil, but also i do NOT have reflectors. but i DO have one plant that is bushed out the most, but it still has some dead lower leaves. they really dont look too great at all and are stretched a bit even though i have had the lights as close to them as possible. this is what led me to believe that i dont have enough lights. but as long as they r green, they are going to stay. this is my first cfl grow and i didn't do to much research on them at first bc i used my a ballast on the last veg.i have a 600w mh/hps switchable ballast and lamp but i have one flowering and i have it on my big girl. so i had to find some other way to give the other 24 hours. but i know i dont have near enough lights. sorry to blab cuz, but the more plants you have the less likely that just 1 26w cfl per plant will work i would think. i am about to order 6 40w cfl and veg three at a time till i can get more lights. take it easy. here are some pics of these poorly grown plants. my last girl i used the mh turned out great never having a crisp leaf until flowering. pic of her as well

I plan on using 4 lights throughout the grow for flowenig and everything.after this grow im planning on buying a 400 WAtt HPS/MH Switchable ballast with bulbs for a decent price.Need this grow to workout though u know what I mean?I wish I had HPS right now my baby would be beasting!!!!haha.good luck with ur grows i wish i could add more cfls but im broke atm

I watered Bubbles tonight along with some of those organic nutrients I got from Diagnosed going to see how that goes.Didnt give to much dont want to hurt my baby just enough to see if theres some extra growth.The pics on Friday or Saturday should show if the ntues r helping or not!~!

hey looks like every things goin good here man. make sure that you keep your lights as close as you can and use reflective material like mylar to make sure that you dont lose any light. that one small one i have is small because i didnt have my plants in an enclosure that utilized all the light i had, now their doing much better and light is key with cfl's

i have the light im using right now under a metal reflector made especially for growing got it form a greenhouse so thats good for now.I cant wait to see how the nutes affect my baby

what nutes are you gunna be using for flowering? i actually didnt use any nutes on my grow, though im planning on getting tiger bloom from fox farm for my next grow

for right now im using Bio Bizz nutes called Bio-Grow for vegging and for blooming im gonna use Bio-Bloom they r purely organic and i got free samples from a friend,they were in high times so they must be good!!~!!

I have a bubble from Nirvana that i just started to flower on Sunday. It really smelled in the beginng of Veg. I did not have any oder protection so i kinda paid it no mind thinking it would have just died but it didnt. It grew really strechy but now since starting to flower it has really filled out, hopeully its a girl. I also have 2 White widows thats were veged for about 9 weeks and 2 clones of each that were veged for about a month. I got them under 600w hps in my tent. I germed 2 Swiss Cheese also and 4 seeds from a buddy in Cali 3 sprouted and 1 looks to be a dud.

Ok i went to the left but back to bubbles. . . get something for the smell cause if anything thing like mine you in for some good funk!

yea i notice a smell already not even 2 weeks into vegging,this plant is gonna be a monster I can tell already!!!shes growing like a beast now and I love it.sleep cycle starts in 30 mins by the time she wakes up I need to raise the light already.Growing beast for real.Thanks for letting me know about the smell im going to have a fan going constant and air out the grow room daily and also get something to spray in there or something!!!

SO I decided when i get my birthday money (bday is Monday) i am going to buy some beans from my friend and some more CFLS and some ODor Gels.What do yall think?Im going to be getting some good seeds too!!!I cant wait.back to Bubbles Shes growing lovely so big and beautiful these past few days I am going to flower her January 1st depeneding on whether or not I start the femmed seed which I prolly will if i do then i will wait to flower them both at the same time.!

whats up, hey she's looking good definitely. i can see where all of your excitement is coming from, i can remeber how excited i was when my jazzi girl was that small. heres a picture of her at day 19, yours is bigger at 13 days than mine was at 19days. but what i was going to say pertaining to this

you should definitely wait to flower her. let her get bigger, top her, wait for her to branch out, then take the lower branches as cuttings, because they dont really produce very much at the bottom of the plant anyways unless you super crop. if i could go back i would not have flipped the lights on my girl, she's still b vegging.

well i was talking to him last night and his reasoning by flowering so soon is he beleive's his CFL's cannot handle a full grow. he said that hes going to flower on December 21st.

yea with the ammount of cfls I got i want to flower asap.if i had more lights or HPS i would go full veg but since i only have 3 cffls i want to get the most out of floweirng,but yea shes growing beautifully and shes so big today bigger then those pics this morning.I love watching her grow
